This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are approved or denied.
To maintain fairness for both students and creators:
Refunds are not automatically granted.
All refund requests are reviewed based on our policy.
Refunds are processed only for valid reasons and within the allowed time limits.
A refund may be approved only if:
The course/test series has major technical issues, and the user cannot access the content.
The content purchased is missing, incomplete, or not delivered by the creator.
The creator uploaded wrong content (e.g., unrelated subject).
Duplicate payment was made accidentally.
Refund is not applicable if:
You changed your mind after purchase.
You completed or consumed major portions of the content.
Content didn’t meet expectations but is as described.
You purchased by mistake or without reading the details.
Your device/device compatibility is an issue.
Refund requests must be raised within 24–72 hours of purchase (based on content type):

Refund will be issued only if:
The class is cancelled by the teacher, OR
The class never started due to technical failure from the teacher’s end.
No refund if:
You missed the class.
You could not attend due to network/device issues.
If you are charged twice due to a technical glitch:
The extra payment will be refunded after verification.

Processing Time:
Refund evaluation: 2–5 working days
Refund settlement: 5–7 working days (depends on bank/payment gateway)
Refunds are credited to:
The same payment method used
or
Wallet balance (in special cases)
Downloaded study materials
Completed courses
Subscription plans
Promotional/discounted purchases
Any service already consumed
In-app purchases through third parties
Teachers must comply with refund decisions.
If a refund is approved:
The earnings will be reversed
Commission charges may be adjusted accordingly
If a user is found frequently requesting refunds without valid reasons:
Their account may be marked as “High Risk”
Refunds may be denied
Account may be restricted or suspended
We may update this Refund Policy anytime.
All updates will be published with a new “Last Updated” date.
